ADDITIONAL PROJECTS.

INCENTIVE - LAKE COMO

“Dolce Vita on Lake Como” was the motto of the incentive trip with more than 150 winners and their partners from a sales competition. With the perfect mix of delicious Italian cuisine, a varied program including a scenic seaplane flight, a Vespa tour or an adventurous bike ride, as well as a relaxing hike, every participant’s heart beat faster. The award ceremony at a historic opera house in the style of Milan’s La Scala, complete with a surprise dinner on stage, exceeded all expectations.

From destination research and itinerary planning to venue scouting, participant management with a dedicated hotline, as well as full on-site execution and post-event evaluation, we successfully delivered this four-day journey.

PRODUCT TRAINING - KITZBÜHEL

Almost 100 selected specialist dealers travelled to the beautiful Alps divided in two groups. 
There, they had the opportunity to experience and test the different product lines firsthand – from chainsaws and lawn mowers to leaf blowers.
In cooperation with Timbersports, they competed against each other in small, fun challenges.
And of course, the traditional Alpine evening was not to be missed!

TRADER TRIP - CANADA

Together with selected specialist dealers, we embarked on one of the most diverse incentive trips imaginable.

After two days in Vancouver – including a bike tour through Stanley Park, a visit to the famous Capilano Suspension Bridge and an unforgettable whale-watching experience – the participants boarded a seaplane, the absolute highlight, to venture deep into Canada’s untouched wilderness.

Amidst the breathtaking fjord landscape, they hiked, paddled canoes, and tested their limits with action-packed activities such as speedboating and jet skiing.

To round off the journey, we once again took to the skies in a seaplane, flying over snow-capped mountain peaks to Whistler, the former Olympic host city. Here, in addition to a picnic at over 2,000 meters and leisurely hikes – even with friendly bear encounters – adventure awaited once more: racing down North America’s longest zipline at over 100 km/h for more than 2 kilometers!

LEADERSHIP MEETING & SUMMER FESTIVAL - DÜSSELDORF

For Deutsche Glasfaser, we had the pleasure of delivering an exciting combination of two events in Düsseldorf.

The program kicked off with a 1.5-day leadership conference for around 250 employees, featuring a variety of workshops and inspiring staging concepts.

Directly afterwards, the large summer festival began, welcoming more than 1,600 participants at the “Sonnendeck” in Düsseldorf. Countless activities were on offer – from a caricaturist and foosball tables to salsa classes, topped by the absolute highlight: an ambitious dragon boat race!

And of course, a stage with several bands and live acts was an essential part of the celebration.

PRODUCT LAUNCH - KITZBÜHEL

To mark the introduction of a new innovation in the OM System segment, Olympus hosted a two-day influencer and PR event. More than 100 selected influencers and trade journalists accepted the invitation to Kitzbühel to experience the launch up close – in an atmosphere that was both inspiring and captivating.

Kitzbühel provided an extraordinary backdrop for hands-on product testing – from the famous Hahnenkamm in daylight, through the charming old town, to the legendary Seidlalm with its retro-style setting. A particular highlight was the atmospheric evening program featuring a light-art installation at Rosi’s Sonnbergstuben.

The event not only received outstanding feedback from participants but also generated strong media impact – with high-quality coverage and striking visuals across social media as well as the trade press.

INCENTIVE - HEILIGENHAFEN

150 participants from a banking sales organisation experience three exclusive days at the Beach Motel, located directly on the beach. An inspiring keynote speech and a special highlight await them as part of a certification conference: a sailing regatta on race yachts together with professional sailor Boris Herrmann. The festive finale is an atmospheric evening of honor with a big party in Neuenburg.

SUMMER FESTIVAL - TANZBRUNNEN COLOGNE

For a major Cologne-based insurance company, we organized the summer festival celebrating its 200+2 year anniversary at the Tanzbrunnen in Cologne. More than 6,500 current and former employees, together with their families, came together to celebrate and enjoy a diverse program: a colorful stage show featuring the headline act Brings, captivating magic performances, an exhibition on the company’s 200-year history, interactive photo tools, and much more.

A particular highlight was the setting of an official world record: during the world’s largest flash mob, guests joined in the dance – prepared through an intranet campaign that had built anticipation and excitement weeks in advance.

The festive finale was a spectacular drone show that impressively brought the company’s history to life and seamlessly transitioned into the grand afterparty.

ANNUAL KICK-OFF CONFERENCE – WIESBADEN

The annual kick-off conferences, with 600 to 1,000 participants at changing locations across Germany, set special highlights at the start of the new year. The focus was on striking the right balance between personal exchange, relevant content, and appreciation of past achievements.

Through diverse conference formats, space was created for inspiration, dialogue, and fresh impulses (keynotes), resulting in a motivating framework for embarking together on the upcoming business year.


HOSPITALITY - TRUCK GRAND PRIX - NÜRBURGRING 

The International ADAC Truck Grand Prix is one of the season’s highlights at the legendary Nürburgring in the Eifel region. Over three days, more than 130,000 enthusiastic fans attend Germany’s largest trucker event.

For our client from the insurance industry, we manage their VIP hospitality. From tent construction and F&B to full participant management and atmospheric country music. As a full service agency we deliver an unforgettable weekend experience for 1,400 invited guests on Saturday and Sunday.

INCENTIVE - NEW YORK

“New York City – in a truly personal way” was the guiding theme of this highly individual five-day tour with 50 guests from Germany. The group stayed in a small boutique hotel, centrally located yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square. A private breakfast buffet on the rooftop terrace with stunning views of the Empire State Building was just one highlight of this summer trip.

Unforgettable experiences beyond the mainstream – such as a private MoMA tour outside regular opening hours, a relaxed bike ride through Central Park with picnic, even a small, private public viewing of the European Football Championship – created lasting memories and inspired the successful relaunch of the journey the following year.
