An incentive journey to Namibia is undoubtedly among the crown jewels of travel destinations and requires particularly careful planning. For the 110 top sales employees of a financial services provider, we created an exclusive 4.5-day experience to this fascinating country.

After arriving in Windhoek, a domestic flight took the group straight to a private lodge in Etosha National Park – for an unforgettable night in the heart of the African wilderness. During the very first sundowner, guests were able to watch elephants and giraffes up close – an impressive start to the adventure.

The journey continued to Swakopmund, where we staged a magical bush dinner under the star-filled skies of the Namib Desert.  The next day was dedicated to the “Living Desert Tour” – an adventurous desert safari exploring the vibrant, hidden life of the Namib.

After a stylish dinner right by the ocean, another highlight awaited: a boat tour accompanied by whales, dolphins, seals, and pelicans – the perfect finale to a trip that will be remembered for years to come.

A very special highlight: our choice of transportation. Traveling by 4x4 cruisers and light aircraft, even Namibia’s vast distances became part of the adventure.
